Suddenly stopped working completely (no connection to server possible), and there is absolutely no support at all. Tried contacting the Developer three times, but no reply whatsoever.

After switching themes to Brooklyn, I needed some customization help so I reached out to Handy. Their team is very responsive and professional. I had the pleasure of working with Tim. He was friendly, provided great communication and went above and beyond to help me with all the changes I wanted to make. He even delivered the project faster than I expected! My site now has better user experience. Would highly recommend!
