Harmona’s reports are genuinely insightful. They extracted key insights from our data that aren’t easily visible or straightforward inside Shopify and summarized them in a very clear way, with helpful charts. Through them we uncovered actionable growth steps that were right in front of us but we hadn’t articulated. It’s become a platform we keep coming back to in our marketing meetings.
