I just finished my first inventory "take" using Hatch. I have a very large inventory. I had tried a different product which wasn't scanning barcodes effectively. I am so glad I switched to Hatch. The barcode scanning was fast. The user interface is super easy. Support answered my questions quickly (greatly appreciated). This is an app I highly recommend.

I LOVE this app. I usually only try apps that have been recommended but I was desperate and needed something quick to try and make my EOY inventory go fast since it was already December 28th! So......I surfed the Shopify apps and found Hatch, read the reviews and decided to give it a try. This was the FIRST inventory taking wasn't awful. I tried another app last year and my socket scanners kept going in and out of working because you had to do something to change it so it worked, SUCH A PAIN. ALSO, after scanning everything there was a glitch and I lost all we did. NIGHTMARE! I didn't have to do anything to my scanner to work with Hatch except turn it on, YAY!! I LOVED how USER FRIENDLY it was and the BEST part was the customer service. I appreciated that I was able to get a hold of someone immediately and was speaking to someone I could CLEARLY understand AND who was patient with my questions. We scanned my boutique in 2 hours at the most. There were 2 of us each with our own ipad and scanner. Such a great experience, if there is such a thing doing EOY inventory?! Thanks Ben, I am looking forward to all the improvements/additions you are making due to customer feedback which I also appreciate. I predict MANY people will want to use this for their inventory management as well! Randi Alluv Place

This app great! It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for but I thought Shopify should be able to do. It’s so nice being able to assign tasks to staff and have them work on taking inventory a little at a time. Meanwhile if something is sold the quantity is updated so there’s no getting behind or printing out a ton of pages! No need to close the shop to take inventory either!
