HeardFrom: Attribution Survey

HeardFrom is a Shopify App that allows ecommerce merchants to ask customers how they found their store right after checkout, helping them identify which channels are driving orders. The app puts a one-tap survey on the order confirmation page, capturing customer responses in a live channel breakdown for insights into the effectiveness of channels like TikTok, Google, podcasts, and word of mouth. HeardFrom automatically categorizes customer responses into clean channels and offers up to five questions in multiple choice or free text format. It prioritizes customer anonymity by not storing any data and provides a transparent pricing model without metering.
