App is good and does what is supposed to. I had an issue do to shopify and the app dev didn't find out before I did. This is not great but I will keep using it and hopefully it will be safer (withouth disruption).

This app has transformed our post-purchase strategy. It’s really intuitive and easy to extend the functionality of our thank you pages. We can even tailor the widgets and results to different customer segments. We are currently using the recommendations, survey and birthday widgets. The countdown timer on the recommendation is also really helpful. At just $9.99/month, it’s a no-brainer and should honestly be installed in any store by default.
