The Hinglish is what sold me. Every tool we tried before fell over when customers typed half English half Hindi, which is most of ours. This one held. And it hands over to us when it doesn't know instead of making something up. Didn't expect it to actually sell, but it does. Recommends properly instead of dumping the catalogue.
