NaturUp review for YourLio AI Chatbot & Live Chat

We’ve had a really good experience with YourLio AI for our Shopify store. As a D2C brand like NaturUp, we get a lot of repetitive questions, especially because we have a relatively unique product — tender coconut water powder mix. Questions around how to use it, ingredients, orders, availability, flavours, etc. kept coming in repeatedly, and Yourlio has been able to handle a large part of these conversations really well. One thing we particularly liked is how well it handles Hinglish. A lot of Indian customers naturally switch between English and Hindi while chatting, and the conversations still feel natural instead of robotic. The setup was smooth and the onboarding team was very responsive whenever we needed help. The AI doesn’t just throw product links at customers, it actually understands the conversation and helps guide them towards the right product. It has definitely reduced the repetitive customer support load for our team while keeping conversations useful and engaging. Overall, a very valuable addition to our Shopify store and would recommend to any growing D2C brands.
