This app is a lifesaver! I've been using this app for a couple of days and it gives perfect responses after I trained it on my FAQ and some data. It perfectly knows my products and even can recommend them to my customers. I was able to increase my sales because of this app by better communicating with my customers and helping them with all of their issues. I highly recommend to start using it right now, as you are going to save lots of time!

Works great and easy to set up. I was able to add it to the site and get it configured in minutes. It has a training section where I added in common questions like shipping info and it was able to answer that right away. For simple chat functionality, this is an easy win for customer service.
