QuickReply
QuickReply.ai has received a mix of positive and negative reviews from ecommerce merchants using the app on their Shopify stores. Positive aspects highlighted include the responsive customer support, ease of onboarding, intuitive setup for WhatsApp automation, and effectiveness in improving customer engagement. Users appreciated the guidance provided by the support team, especially mentioning specific representatives like Neha Arora and Saloni Madan for their exceptional assistance. The app's features such as automated replies, chat flows, and order-related messages were praised for saving time and streamlining communication. However, some negative feedback focused on issues with failed messages, a prompt wall requiring a demo booking, and concerns about paying for unsuccessful deliveries.
Great onboarding process and moreover SUPERB after sales service. Most companies lack on aftersales service, but these guys have nailed that. Great going team!!!!
Really happy with QuickReply! Their customer support is super responsive, and the onboarding process was very easy. They guided us step by step and handled everything — we just needed to give our inputs. Made things so simple for us!
Not a great experience. We are facing major issues with failed messages with this tool. Also no check by any person to see if messages are getting delivered or not. We check and then we have to inform them. Also they just blame META for everything. They are responsible for integration and if any issues are there from Meta side, they should resolve it. So not a great experience. You are not paying for failed messages.
We’ve had a smooth experience with QuickReply.ai, especially when it comes to WhatsApp automation. Setting up automated replies, chat flows, and order-related messages feels intuitive and saves a lot of manual back-and-forth. It’s particularly helpful for businesses that rely heavily on WhatsApp for customer engagement and want quick, structured responses without losing the personal touch. Their support team is responsive and genuinely helpful, which makes onboarding and troubleshooting much easier. The WhatsApp marketing tools and dashboard are clean and easy to navigate, from broadcasting campaigns to tracking conversations and performance, everything is accessible in one place.
After you install it and setup with lots of steps which don't even work properly, you get blocked by a prompt wall in which they force you to book a demo in order to start using the app. In my opinion, this is a bad business model, since I maybe know how to use their platform or I just don't want a demo forced upon me.
