Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry for the confusion. Instagram and WhatsApp integrations are temporarily unavailable while we’re improving our Meta integration. We’re working on a shared integration that will make connecting these channels much easier, without requiring customers to create and configure their own Meta app. We understand your disappointment and appreciate your feedback. We hope to make these integrations available again soon.
I’ve tried a few customer messaging apps, and this is by far my favorite. It’s really easy to use, has all the features I need, and everything works smoothly. The support is honestly amazing. I had one small issue, reached out and it was fixed within just a few hours. Super responsive, friendly, and actually helpful, which is rare these days. Definitely recommend this app if you’re looking for a reliable customer messaging solution with excellent support behind it.

Honestly one of the best support tools we've used on Shopify. The interface is easy to understand and simple without sacrificing any of the features that other platforms seem to miss. Workflow automations, quick response templates, custom ticket fields, custom statuses — it's all there. The MX team are very responsive and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend.
