This is a good Live Chat and Ticketing app. It has limited customisation options, but for a basic and easy to use live chat function, it's working well doe us. Note: Don't use this app it via the Shopify admin panel as the notification sounds won't work. You need to set up a login via their website for full functions to work properly.

The MX team is incredible, and their ticketing and chat system is one of the best we’ve used on Shopify. The interface is clean, intuitive, and refreshingly simple, while still delivering all the core features that many other ticketing platforms lack. Their support is fast and responsive, and the customization options like workflow automations, custom ticket fields, custom statuses and customer fields allow us to tailor the platform to align with our business needs. We manage multiple Shopify stores, and our support team finds the system easy to use.

I had an issue triggering workflow rules when new tickets are created by the end user. Support was able to test and resolve this issue with a patch within 1 day. I appreciate their quick turnaround. Excellent customer service!
