Honestly one of the best support tools we've used on Shopify. The interface is easy to understand and simple without sacrificing any of the features that other platforms seem to miss. Workflow automations, quick response templates, custom ticket fields, custom statuses — it's all there. The MX team are very responsive and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend.

App isn’t working

This is a good Live Chat and Ticketing app. It has limited customisation options, but for a basic and easy to use live chat function, it's working well doe us. Note: Don't use this app it via the Shopify admin panel as the notification sounds won't work. You need to set up a login via their website for full functions to work properly.
