We tried really hard to make this product work for us. It is pretty basic and I thought it would work for a small company that doesn't need a whole ton of functions. However, after a month of attempting to use it I would definitely stay away from this app. Pros (at least what got me interested in it) 1. Sits in my shopify store, though does not interact with my customer list at all. 2. Simple to understand and affordable. Cons 1. This app does not interact with my existing customer list. So, I have to create the customer every time we create a ticket even though they are already in my list. 2. There are no ticket #s assigned in this at all. So all you have to look at it the customer name and the ticket title. 3. You cannot search the tickets by customer name. And since there are no numbers, finding a specific ticket is very hard if you have more than 10 or 15 active. 4. MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL. Every day we went to use it we were getting 502 bad gateway errors or just simple popups saying "there was an error creating a ticket" with no explanations. The customer response time is then typically anywhere from 5 hours to several days before it is fixed and you can use the system again. Again, I tried really hard for a month to work through all these problems. It appears though that the developer is not paying attention to the problems nor has the ability to keep it running. Heed my warning. DO NOT USE THIS!
