I can’t say enough about the outstanding customer service I received from Tufan at Hey!Scarcity Low Stock Counter. After completely messing up my Shopify theme code while trying to fix things myself, I was feeling pretty hopeless. On top of that, I had no idea how to properly integrate the app into my website. Tufan went above and beyond to help me. Despite it being 6:00 a.m., he patiently guided me through everything during a Google Meet video meeting. He fixed my coding issues, seamlessly added the app to my store, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. It was clear he was more interested in resolving my problems than taking credit for his exceptional work—I actually had to ask for his name to make sure he got the recognition he deserved! I’m so grateful for Tufan’s expertise, kindness, and professionalism. He truly saved the day! When starting up with this app I had the counter doubled. It's because my theme has 2x purchase buttons on the product pages. They replied very quickly and adjusted the code to accommodate this. They quickly replied later for another question. I just wish I had option to have the counter rules set differently per collection. But this is such a great app for the price. I'm working with a marketing team and they love the blinking dots for stock.

Easy and fast to set it up. There's not an option for translations unless you have a 3rd party app, but the support team helped me to solve this.
