Hello, I have a question, if a customer orders a product from my store...will Temu fulfill that order? thank you

Orders are not fulfilled by Temu automatically, and you can visit 1/ Cartifind.com/myOrders to pay the fulfillment cost to fulfill the order with Cartifind, or 2/ use the link from the order page to fulfill them manually yourself. even do not want to give a star used it already a month, it was good at first. but after a month , I can not open the app. contacted the support, they keeping saying they already fixed the error, but I still can not open the app, the app page just blank at all. the worst app I used!!!!! really angry.
Sorry for our technical difficulties you encountered. We were slow to address the issue during the Chinese New Year Break. We refunded your previous month bill to compensate your experience.

I was charged a month after for trying this service. They refunded same day.
Thanks for the review. As we discussed in the email, the charge was for the previous month, because Shopify charge it late. We have fully refunded you on Feb 25th given this situation.

Horrible customer service. They never answered my presale questions—no help, nothing. I can't recommend this app. Stay away and pick another app. There are much better ones with better service.

Hello! 1.If I order on a theme through your service, will the customer be sent promotions in the package? I don't want the customer to be sent discounts etc. 2. During the Chinese New Year period, will you be working? If I order a product tomorrow, will it arrive within the specified time?
