Chloe in the support team helped guide me through a set up and helped me find my own mistakes. they even made a custom edit to make things work (a pop add to cart button was still appearing when trying to hide the price). They did all this for free where another paid could not

Thank you for the outstanding help. Very nice programmed App. It would be really cool, if there would be an option to hide different section of a page itself (and not just the whole page). Would be really great for like "Bonus Site Areas" :).

This was the only app that actually did what it was supposed to do, and the customer service is phenomenal. Fast replies and they implemented everything I needed for my store. There is no reason to even look at other apps that market this feature, this is the one you need!

Finally an app that keeps it simple and with an elegant and well designed layout, too! I had to simply hide prices and only make them visible for logged in customers with a specific customer tag, and it works beautifully. There are plenty of apps hiding prices but most of them complicate things needlessly and the coding seems clunky. This app is perfect and on top of that I received quick and friendly customer support when asking for some help creating the right access rules. Recommend!

EVERYTHING I NEEDED! Websites can get very expensive with all the bells and whistles these days. As a small business wanting to expand to selling my books as wholesale to retailers, I can't afford to keep adding costs on. Shopplaza is PERFECT for what I needed, their customer support is phenomenal, and they will even customize the password protection for you to match your logo/color themes. Absolutely recommend.

We have recently started using SP Hide Price, and the team kindly assisted us with the setup, which made the whole process very smooth. So far, the app has been working well and does exactly what we need, allowing us to control who can see prices on our store. It is particularly useful for managing trade customers and keeping pricing restricted where necessary. The support team has been very helpful and quick to respond, which we really appreciate. This App works amazingly well for a free app and the support is instant and amazing. I used SP's Hide Price and SP's Request a Quote app as I wanted to hide price on certain products and wanted to display prices for others for my store with over 12000 SKUs. When I was trying to setup, i was given detailed support by Chloe, and by Harry and am impressed by the Stellar service they provided, and by their immediate response. Great app. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a way to lock a specific page for my wholesale partners without breaking the bank. Most apps out there force you into expensive monthly subscriptions, but this one is straightforward and gives me exactly what I need without the extra fluff. I get very well tech support from them. The setup was super quick, and it works perfectly on my theme. If you need a simple access control for specific pages, save yourself the headache and just use this. Highly recommended for any small business owners!

I would call them the “Progression Team” because they truly get things fixed and done. They identified the pricing-hide issue on my Shopify store and resolved it through a few back-and-forth emails, despite the time zone differences between us.
