I would call them the “Progression Team” because they truly get things fixed and done. They identified the pricing-hide issue on my Shopify store and resolved it through a few back-and-forth emails, despite the time zone differences between us. Communication was always prompt, clear, and easy to follow. Most importantly and this is rare I never felt like I was dealing with separate individuals. The team worked seamlessly and even helped with additional privacy concerns. Overall, a highly professional and effective support experience.

The MP Hide Price & Access Control app is an amazing choice for B2B shops, such as ours, and I recommend it for anyone looking to hide their pricing until users have signed in. Not only does the app work, customer service is the cherry on top. This app did not, at first, fully work with my shop's theme. But when I contacted their support, in an instant, they are working with me, troubleshooting and keeping me in the loop with progress. I want to especially thank Anne and the developers who have been kind and made sure that my thoughts and needs are heard.
