Very flexible app with a lot of possibilities, even for more complex shipping setups. We use different rules for DTC, B2B, plants, products and mixed carts, and HideShip gives us the flexibility to manage all of this properly. We also had an intermittent issue that was difficult to reproduce, and their support team went above and beyond by checking the Shopify Function logs and identifying the exact cause. Their investigation helped us resolve the problem quickly. Great app, very powerful, and excellent support.

Working as advertised! We have a blended D2C and B2B site with different shipping rules. Shopify's native shipping setup wouldn't work for us. Enter HideShip and problem solved! Setup was straightforward, and when I ran into an issue, Fabio, on the support team got right back to me, and was able to easily troubleshoot and fix my issue. So far so good and great support!!
