Hitsteps Analytics
Hitsteps is highly praised by users for its usefulness in tracking customer activity, providing detailed analytics, and offering insights that go beyond Shopify's basic analytics. The app is commended for its user-friendly interface, fast and friendly customer service, and real-time tracking capabilities. We are currently trialling Hitsteps and it is very useful. Being able to track customer activity on our site that leads to cart additions helps us fine tune our product offering. We still have a way to go with our trial but so far we are impressed.
Really enjoyed my free trial, strongly considering signing up for the full membership. Shopify analytics are not enough on it's own and this was very easy to use.
Very easy to check interesting data and insights, easier than in Analytics. Useful menu that make easier to navigate
This is my favourite app. On Shopify's basic plan you get very minimal data, so I use Hitsteps for tracking sales data
