Great solution to the hiding variants problem. Owning a website gives us little time to deal with things that could cost us conversion. Having a customer go through every product variant to see which one is available could definitely cost us the customer. I spent hours last night trying to import codes contacting shopify support trying to find a way to hide my variants because I have multi variant choices, size and color. Some of the odd sizes only have a couple color choices and the user would have to go through 10 to find those two, by the time they got to the bottom they would forget which ones were available. This app was the easiest solution I found and their customer service is very timely. They are like sending a text message to your friend, they also will go into your store and solve whatever you need. Most solutions just require one button but if you have a more complicated store the customer support will solve it for you. I definitely recommend the app, especially for dropshipping e-commerce

We offer a 1-click technical support for the paid plan where our developers will analyse and fix any issues within 24 hours. I see that you have not availed the technical support nor contacted our 24x7 customer support via Live Chat to inform us of the issue. If you have a bought a theme outside the Shopify theme store or customised a theme, the app obviously cannot be expected to work out-of-the-box and requires developer intervention to resolve any conflicts. We've been successfully doing this for so many happy customers in the past 6 months. NEXT STEPS: 1. Please re-install the app & choose the paid plan so our developers can solve this problem for you. 2. Keep the app disabled on your theme so that the Add to Cart button continues to work for your customers 3. Enable the app once our developers confirm that the issue is fixed within 24 hours.

Works very well to keep our customers from having to muddle through out of stock errors. We use many variants to segment our products, and HiVar works to easily hide those segments that are not quite available yet. The support from the developers has been above and beyond our expectations, particularly with regard to fixing small errors that we introduced as we continued to upgrade our theme.
