I am currently using the app to display free shipping bar on the header with colored underline to attract customer eye to it. It is the first thing they see when the page opens as this might help remove the delivery charges friction. The bar is working well for us. Previously, i have used it to introduce goals such as giving customer incentives when they reach certain value in their shopping cart such as additional discount or a free product/gift. I have stopped using the free gift aspect as when the goal is reached, it double added the free gift to the shopping cart, then when the extra gift is deleted, it would empty the cart...so it had some technical issues. But as static bar, it is working well.
