As a free app we do not support all the themes out there but you can reach out to our support and our team would be happy to make sure free shipping upsell app works with your store and theme.

Although support is helpful, the app was preventing users to adding products to their cart. Once I deactivated the app, it was all working fine again. Seemed like a promising app but not one I can trust now unfortunately.

Automatic discounts were applied incorrectly to orders, currencies don't update correctly. Support is slow with 2 working day timeframe.
As a free app we currently do not support all the themes of Shopify out there and hence these issues occur sometimes for some stores. But our team ensures to fix any potential store issues for customers within 12 working hours. I'm sure if you give us a shot again you won't be disappointed.
