I had a few incorrect settings in Shopify, which is why the app wasn't displayed correctly. I contacted the developer directly, who helped me within a few minutes - now the app is working great. Great support, highly recommend!

Great app with excellent support. We are using a less common Shopify theme, and the developer kindly adjusted the app to work, and even added a couple of features which we were looking for. Very impressed!
