Where can I start? I was very impressed with Hubble's features. I'm always very cautious about how many apps I add to my website, it takes a lot of trial and error to find the perfect one for the function I need. A BIG part of my decision is always the support team. Hubble has an amazing support guru, Miguel Angel. He is super responsive, willing to make changes and add features, based on feedback and customer needs, and is always open to new ideas. I haven't even launched Hubble on my website and I'm already impressed. I'm very happy with this app and even happier to know I have a dedicated support agent available for troubleshooting or simply chatting to discover this app's next best feature. There's only a handful of apps that are made for the new Customer Accounts setup. I've tested all that have the "Built for Shopify" badge. Hubble is the BEST one and I'm super happy I found it! If you stayed this long to read my review, you are probably just like me, hesitant to add yet another app to your store. Trust me on this one, it's AMAZING!

Hubble was a deciding factor for us in switching to Shopify's new customer accounts experience. We're now able to leverage widgets like announcement banners and promo cards to elevate the customer experience beyond the admittedly-barebones native portal. Hubble's segmentation features help us show the right content to the right audiences -- we've been able to create a tight UX that responds to our different kinds of customers. We love the flexibility of Hubble's widgets -- the UI is simple and intuitive, and creating and updating content is easy, quick, and instantly deployed. The major upside to Hubble: we can accomplish most of our needs (and more) without any engineering effort. We were able to get up and running in minutes, and the full experience came together in just a few hours -- all using Hubble.

Hubble gives us the ability to customize our customer accounts experience - not only giving our customers more reasons to 'use' their customer account when logged in, but also giving us new opportunities to promote products, special promotions, relay urgent messaging and more. Support for the app is fast, friendly and amazing. The developer is constantly adding new features to the point that it's hard for us to keep up with all the new options available to us! We're eager to keep exploring and finding new ways to add value for our customers. Hubble is easily one of our our favorite apps.
