It was about time that we added a pick up from shop option at our checkout. Steph and the Hubbox team made this happen in a blink of an eye, always very helpful and accommodating to any needs they are a dream to work with. Thank you!

Hubbox has been a fantastic addition to our delivery methods. It has true sustainable roots and offers our customers more flexibility to chose a delivery that suits them. Hubbox integrates so easily with our Shopify Theme and the onboarding team are super helpful and knowledgeable.

We have been using Hubbox now for nearly a year with no issues. The support team is always on hand. Our customers now have the option for cheaper shipping that is more convenient to them. DPD Click and Collect using the hubbox app is easy for them to use and we have had no issues. Once set up, it works as expected.

HubBox has a fundamental flaw that, when used with Shopify and Royal Mail, it does not automatically correctly create labels with "LOCAL COLLECT" printed on them. This results in Post Offices refusing to accept and returning parcels to us and annoying customers who have gone to collect. It was suggested we should evaluate whether this is not better than parcels going missing from doorsteps?! HubBox customer support believes it is our responsibility to find a way to fix this. It is not. It is HubBox's, it should be built into the system. Thanks.

UPS Access Point is a great service, lots of challenges with this integration though - from a Hub Box technical team and customer communication during checkout standpoint. Hub Box did not set up our initial installation correctly, packages sent to Access Points were either immediately returned, or locations charged customers to pick up their packages - which was a customer service nightmare. Took a couple of weeks, eventually got fixed. If you have Shopify Plus your checkout can be upgraded with clear disclaimers around shipping method being selected. This is the version they use as an example to sell the integration. If you have a standard Shopify account (which we do), the checkout looks like any other and when shipping defaults to Access Point, that will be missed by lots of customers autopiloting through checkout and lead to confusion. No remedies on this currently available beyond upgrading to Plus. Leaving a review now because a new technical issue came up, had a large number of orders get double-charged for shipping and all the shipping methods came through named for local Access Points (even if the order wasn't being shipped to one.) Again, lots of confusion and time spent issuing refunds and unsorting things. We're a week into this issue, and the support response we just got was "asking technical team to check this out two weeks from now, no ETA on a fix, just turn off hub box." Feeling stuck because UPS Access Point is a great service, we've spent a lot of time and energy selling it to our customers, and lots of them really enjoy it and want us to continue to offer it. Also frustrated with the shortcomings of this integration, and this... just turn it off, we'll get around to it eventually approach to tech support. Hoping for improvement.
