HubBox Pickup at Checkout
HubBox is highly praised by users for its ease of setup, excellent customer support, and reliable platform. Customers appreciate the flexibility of collection points and the seamless integration with delivery services like DPD. The app has been described as a game-changer for businesses, offering cost-effectiveness, convenience, and streamlining of delivery processes. However, there are some concerns raised about issues with label printing when used with certain carriers like Royal Mail, leading to customer dissatisfaction and potential parcel returns. Despite this, the majority of reviews highlight HubBox as a valuable addition to ecommerce stores, enhancing customer experience and optimizing shipping operations.

We’ve been using HubBox for the last 12 months and it’s been excellent. The setup was simple, the support has always been fantastic, and the platform has been reliable from day one. Our customers really appreciate the flexibility of collection points, and it’s become an important part of our delivery offering. Highly recommended.
We have been using HubBox in all its forms for many years and are really pleased with how it is going. Our customers find the system easy to use and very convenient for deliveries.
Great App. We're using it in partnership with DPD, the combination is working great. We had issue in the past with saved addresses but this integration handles that without issue. We had all the support we needed to complete the integration process.
Outstanding integration experience from start to finish. The setup was incredibly quick, everything worked seamlessly, and the whole process felt truly professional. Shushan, my account manager, was brilliant throughout the installation — proactive, supportive, and always one step ahead. Her dev partner, Steph, delivered with the same high standard, making the technical side feel effortless. A superb team and a genuinely smooth, reliable solution.
