HubSpot
The reviews for this Shopify App are overwhelmingly negative, with users reporting issues connecting the app to their store. Many users mentioned that the app doesn't connect to the store at all, leading to frustration and wasted time. One user highlighted that the new release of the app broke existing functionality that their business relied on, causing significant disruptions to their workflows. The lack of basic functionality, such as searching for orders using Shopify order numbers, and the random syncing of orders as 'HubSpot Orders' instead of 'HubSpot Deals' added to the dissatisfaction. Users also criticized the lack of testing and consideration for existing setups, leading to manual workarounds and wasted hours.

Totally no worth your time to try to set up.
Shopify works well. HubSpot doesn't. This new release broke all of our existing functionality that business relies on. - You literally cannot find HubSpot orders using Shopify order numbers in the main search bar. This is basic functionality that should work out of the box. - The integration randomly decided to sync orders as "HubSpot Orders" instead of HubSpot Deals, breaking years of established workflows without warning or migration tools. - Instead of properly syncing state/province data, you get random "enabled/disabled" values. Did anyone actually test this integration? - They killed the old sync app in May 2025 and forced everyone onto this broken version with zero consideration for existing setups. When you have hundreds of orders and can't search for them by order number, the integration becomes completely useless. Our team now wastes hours manually hunting for customer data that should be instantly searchable.
