Fraudulent charges after cancelling, on a cancelled card no less. They "lost" the cancellation, very conveniently. Math is hard, as they cannot count a "2-day grace period" accurately even when notified of the fraudulent charges. This is largely just a money grab and does not provide worthy eyeballs for handmade products - if you sell a bunch of cheap knockoff crap, yeah maybe it will work. Use IndieMe for handmade, quality products. Faire is also free if you get on their platform. There are much better options out there.
