I had an outstanding experience with Hype’s support team, especially with Geon. We reached out only a few hours before an important 24-hour promotion, and we were in a very complicated situation trying to set up live pricing, crossed-out old prices, and a discount link for a email campaign. Geon jumped in immediately, guided us step by step, and even configured the live pricing schema directly for us. He was patient, fast, and incredibly clear despite my imperfect English.
