HyperZone: Dropshipping&POD

WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS APP WITH YOUR STORE AVOID HYPERZONE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS. Our experience with their agent (Jaylen / Jason) was a disaster from start to finish: ORDERS SHIPPED WEEKS LATE, many with NO TRACKING NUMBER in Shopify. CUSTOMERS LEFT WITHOUT ANSWERS, which led to complaints, bank disputes and lost customers. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. When we raised the problems, the agent blamed us and said he had “lost money by giving us good prices”. These are prices he chose and agreed to himself. THE AGENT LEFT OUR OPERATIONS GROUP in the middle of the job, with paid orders still waiting. NO REAL SUPPORT from the company after our formal notice. We have never worked with such an unprofessional fulfilment partner. If you sell anything time-sensitive, especially in Q4, STAY AWAY or test with a few orders before trusting them with volume.

I used AutoDS before, but then one of the friendly agents from Hyperzone reached out to me and asked if I’d be interested in working with them. I had a lot of issues with AutoDS. They increased their prices without any notice, and I was charged additional fees without prior notification or agreement. Overall, the entire process felt unreliable. Since switching to Hyperzone, I’ve had so much more peace of mind. They consistently deliver on what they promise, work extremely fast, and always strive to be fair and transparent. I’m very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Since we are with Hyperzone our shop management has become so easy. Zoe from Hyperzone has helped us setting up the app in our shop, doing some product research and has guided us with competence through all our questions.
