Their Voice AI agent is very good at addressing the customer’s concerns about mattress type, delivery dates, returns and exchange policy and trial period. The AI also sounds like a human sales agent, making the conversation flow seamlessly. I also get to see call recordings, transcripts and summaries of each call, which makes the whole process very transparent. We are now seeing a much higher cart recovery rate, and I would highly recommend this app!

We found it a great tool to automate our abandonment cart reach out. For a new brand, drop-offs can happen due to many reasons & as we scale, doing it manually is expensive. Best part I like is seeing recovered sales through these calls.
