On teste iAdvice depuis un mois maintenant et l’appli est vraiment intéressante. L’IA a globalement une réponse à toutes les questions : elle s’alimente automatiquement des contenus de votre site et vous pouvez aussi la guider. Ça fait plaisir de ne pas avoir besoin d’être derrière H24, contrairement à un chat plus classique. L’équipe est au top ! Je conseille !

Un assistant e shopping intelligent, telle est la promesse de cet outil Iadvize. L'installation est simple, aidé si besoin par les bons conseils du CSM iadvize. Intégration sur le site personnalisable, outil demandant un apprentissage d'environ 3/4 semaines avant de délivrer ses pleines capacités. L'outil de suivi des performances est bien utile pour optimiser la base de connaissance, optimiser son site et ses process. les conversations faites par cet assistant e shopping utilisent toute la matière du site. base articles et leurs attributs, faq... et l'outil digère bien ces données. Cela nous a permis de pouvoir offrir un service personnalisé au x internautes sur notre site même à des heures ou notre équipe humaine support n'est plus disponible. En sachant que plus de 50% des conversations ont lieu le soir après 19h00. Recommandable donc.

iAdvize has allowed me to deload my customer service team with the majority of website conversations with customers. Monitoring the conversations, iAdvize does an amazing job answering technical and detailed questions that our customers ask and has a very strong conversion rate which makes the service fee a drop in the bucket.

iAdvize nous a permis de faire un test sur l'IA générative sur notre site e-commerce. C'est une première expérience réussie ! Un taux de conversion en hausse et des KPIs qui démontrent un vrai intérêt autour de l'IA pour nos visiteurs. L'IA a pu fournir des réponses détaillées et toujours bien rédigées qui ont aidé à la conversion. L'IA générative et les conversations enregistrées nous ont également permis de nous rendre compte plus en détail des attentes de nos visiteurs/clients vis-à-vis de nos produits. While many reviews focus on the specifics of a product, I want to take a moment to highlight the exceptional value that the iAdvize team offers its customers. Working with this vendor has been nothing short of stellar. They took the time to learn my business, to understand its idiosyncrasies and they rooted themselves in the appropriate considerations I should take to leverage their GenAI chat system to positively improve the customer experience. Our particular focus was to collect data during our peak season to better understand the success metrics we needed to scale our DTC site, and the deployment of their chat system (and implementation of the Team's ideation) accomplished this understanding. From the outset of the project , the team's depth of knowledge and expertise was evident, which put me at ease about the project, the KPIs selected and the implementation efforts. Their approach ensured that every detail was attended to promptly and efficiently. It's clear that they are committed to the success of their customer deployments, and my opinion is that they are committed to being a market leader. One of the standout aspects of our collaboration was their strategic thinking. They consistently offered insightful suggestions and innovative ideas on how to best adapt Chat to handle both Customer Request Automations, but more importantly, product conversion strategies.
