We've been using iAdvize for a little while now, and overall it’s been a good experience. Their team is very involved, always following up, checking in, and offering suggestions for improvements. The platform itself is easy to use and customize, so we can adapt it to our specific needs. They are friendly, helpful, and always responsive. We are happy with the product and the great customer support we’ve received. We definitely recommend their service.

i-Advize est une application très utile, permettant à nos clients d'obtenir une réponse à leur question 7 jours sur 7. Grâce à l'IA, les réponses sont de plus en plus complètes, le parcours client est alors fluide. Les équipes de i-Advize sont très professionnelles à chaque étape du projet. Elles sont à l'écoute et toujours force de proposition ce qui permet d'améliorer constamment l'application et donc les résultats.

iAdvize nous a permis de faire un test sur l'IA générative sur notre site e-commerce. C'est une première expérience réussie ! Un taux de conversion en hausse et des KPIs qui démontrent un vrai intérêt autour de l'IA pour nos visiteurs. L'IA a pu fournir des réponses détaillées et toujours bien rédigées qui ont aidé à la conversion. L'IA générative et les conversations enregistrées nous ont également permis de nous rendre compte plus en détail des attentes de nos visiteurs/clients vis-à-vis de nos produits. Au-delà de l'outil en lui-même, les équipes iAdvize sont à l'écoute, professionnelles et assurent un excellent suivi du projet dans sa globalité !

La blague :) Indiqué clairement que votre application coute 850$ par mois au lieu d'indiqué qu'il est gratuit ! Perte de temps à installer et désinstaller lorsque j'ai vu votre tarification

While many reviews focus on the specifics of a product, I want to take a moment to highlight the exceptional value that the iAdvize team offers its customers. Working with this vendor has been nothing short of stellar. They took the time to learn my business, to understand its idiosyncrasies and they rooted themselves in the appropriate considerations I should take to leverage their GenAI chat system to positively improve the customer experience. Our particular focus was to collect data during our peak season to better understand the success metrics we needed to scale our DTC site, and the deployment of their chat system (and implementation of the Team's ideation) accomplished this understanding. From the outset of the project , the team's depth of knowledge and expertise was evident, which put me at ease about the project, the KPIs selected and the implementation efforts. Their approach ensured that every detail was attended to promptly and efficiently. It's clear that they are committed to the success of their customer deployments, and my opinion is that they are committed to being a market leader. One of the standout aspects of our collaboration was their strategic thinking. They consistently offered insightful suggestions and innovative ideas on how to best adapt Chat to handle both Customer Request Automations, but more importantly, product conversion strategies. This tailored approach was invaluable and demonstrated their dedication to understanding and meeting our unique needs, and our learnings proved that.
