We are very pleased with the results observed during this initial test period. Following the encouraging results, we have recently signed a contract with iAdvize. What stood out most was the coverage outside business hours. With 78% of the total conversations taking place outside our opening hours, iAdvize filled the gap of being an assistant to those customers who visited our website during weekend. We also achieved a response rate of 95.7%. This reflects how well the solution was able to leverage our product content to engage visitors effectively. From a conversion standpoint, we had a positive +4,33% post-conversation conversion rate which is very encouraging for us. There was also a +14% increase in our AOV during this period. Overall, iAdvize has proven to be a strong solution for our business, particularly for after-hours customer support and conversion optimisation. We look forward to building on this partnership over the long term.
