We actually first discovered iAdvize while we were on a completely different platform. Getting everything set up back then was a fun challenge, to say the least. But they stuck with us and were incredibly helpful. When we finally made the transition over to Shopify, they have been helpful getting our new store dialed in. We operate in a pretty specific niche, and it was super important that our product knowledge actually reached the customer. iAdvize makes it seamless for customers to get the exact info they need, ensuring they walk away with the right products every time. On top of the app just working great, their team is top-tier. Whenever we run into an issue, their customer service team is on it, and their technical support responds incredibly fast.
We are very pleased with the results observed during this initial test period. Following the encouraging results, we have recently signed a contract with iAdvize. What stood out most was the coverage outside business hours. With 78% of the total conversations taking place outside our opening hours, iAdvize filled the gap of being an assistant to those customers who visited our website during weekend. We also achieved a response rate of 95.7%. This reflects how well the solution was able to leverage our product content to engage visitors effectively. From a conversion standpoint, we had a positive +4,33% post-conversation conversion rate which is very encouraging for us. There was also a +14% increase in our AOV during this period. Overall, iAdvize has proven to be a strong solution for our business, particularly for after-hours customer support and conversion optimisation. We look forward to building on this partnership over the long term.
On teste iAdvice depuis un mois maintenant et l’appli est vraiment intéressante. L’IA a globalement une réponse à toutes les questions : elle s’alimente automatiquement des contenus de votre site et vous pouvez aussi la guider. Ça fait plaisir de ne pas avoir besoin d’être derrière H24, contrairement à un chat plus classique. L’équipe est au top ! Je conseille !
Un assistant e shopping intelligent, telle est la promesse de cet outil Iadvize. L'installation est simple, aidé si besoin par les bons conseils du CSM iadvize. Intégration sur le site personnalisable, outil demandant un apprentissage d'environ 3/4 semaines avant de délivrer ses pleines capacités. L'outil de suivi des performances est bien utile pour optimiser la base de connaissance, optimiser son site et ses process. les conversations faites par cet assistant e shopping utilisent toute la matière du site. base articles et leurs attributs, faq... et l'outil digère bien ces données. Cela nous a permis de pouvoir offrir un service personnalisé au x internautes sur notre site même à des heures ou notre équipe humaine support n'est plus disponible. En sachant que plus de 50% des conversations ont lieu le soir après 19h00. Recommandable donc.
iAdvize has allowed me to deload my customer service team with the majority of website conversations with customers. Monitoring the conversations, iAdvize does an amazing job answering technical and detailed questions that our customers ask and has a very strong conversion rate which makes the service fee a drop in the bucket.
