We've been using IAdvize on our Shopify store for SHITI Coolers and it's been fantastic. Setup was easy.. we uploaded all our brand info and the bot picked up our voice perfectly, so it actually sounds like us instead of a generic chatbot. Customers get instant answers with zero wait time, day or night, which matters a lot during our busy summer season. It doesn't just handle support either.. it actively helps drive sales by answering product questions using everything we've fed it about our coolers. On top of the product itself, the IAdvize team has been great to work with.. responsive and helpful whenever we've needed them. Highly recommend for any e-commerce brand looking to level up customer support without adding headcount.
