Top Top Top. Customer service is very high Level. They solved for me a problem not depending from their app but from Icecat. People very skilled and available to cooperate with me. I have no word to say THANK YOU.

Totally rude agent of support they dropped the phone call. This is an app with hidden costs. This app what it does is only to connect you to other company that are not them. It means you pay the subscription of this just and the hidden costs of other company. The bad is that the agent simply dropped the phone call just like that. I think is not the proper service to give. They need to inform you even they said me they don’t know the other company and how they don’t know if they are selling this application. The lack of clarity and rude way to behave of the agent was totally a disappointment.

This app is really a lifesaver for shopify stores!! Vincent, the app dev is really considerate and accommodating. He helped us troubleshoot our issues with the payment plan and helped us along the way until we resolved the problem.
