So I used this app and did not get a whole lot of time to use it, so I cancelled the subscription, and when I looked at my bill, I noticed it was still charging me. I reached out to customer service and they immediately refunded me and took care of the recurring payment cycle. Helpful & quick to make it right...............

EDIT: Feature added, now app can avoid duplicated posts. Would give 10 stars if this would be possible :) -------------- App in good, smooth and clean. The only one problem i found is the autopost; unlike some competitors, it doesn't block the publication of duplicates, so that, stores like mine that sell unique pieces and don't want to post them more than 1 single time, can't use the app. The shoppable post feature is mindblowing <3, hope you will add a system (like tag) to avoid duplicates. Ready to give 5 stars if i could use it :)

We love the idea of designing one post that goes out to FB, IG and Pinterest. For some reason, however, we’re not able to connect to our Instagram account. We’re thus afraid to upgrade to the paid plan as we need assurance that we can connect with and establish a shop with IG as well.

I'm being charged, no posts are being made, I can't figure out what's going on and I've emailed for support and haven't even gotten a response.

This looks like a great app so far! A little disappointed that the url for the posts doesn't have my website listed url listed and has a generic url instead.

The app is not bad, but unfortunately it does not prevent products from the catalog from being posted twice. This is not good. We have over 400 products and still within a few days some products were posted twice.
