IllumiChat has genuinely been a lifesaver. Setup took no time at all, it just connects right to Shopify and you're up and running in minutes. Tried a couple AI chat apps before this one. They were confidently wrong, which is worse than being silently absent. IllumiChat actually reads our Shopify data, so when someone asks where their hoodie is, it knows. When they ask if a tee is back in stock, it knows that too. We sell hockey apparel.
