Unfortunately it never worked for me, even after contacting support.
Hello, We are very sorry for the issue you faced. We did the app setup and shared screenshot with you, It was working fine when we did the setup. Please let us know if we can assist you further and make it work.
The app can depict something that is otherwise not possible and has helped us to make our store clearer for customers. The support team immediately implemented it to our satisfaction when we wanted to change the size of a button. Conclusion: useful app with excellent service. Update: the support helped us with another, more technical problem but this was also solved within a few hours. Can't expect more.

Very satisfied with this app. It does exactly what we want it to do. Also of note is that the support is outstanding. We had an issue and they resolved in a couple of hours. No fuss, no hassle, just great fast support. I wish other app developers would provide this level of service.

I love the app. Does exactly what it claims to do, and looks seamless with my Shopify theme. I had a design question, and support was wonderful.
Had the image gallery on our store site for almost a year and have no complaints. Works well, easy to use, and is aesthetically pleasing. It gets the job done!
Our store's gallery looks lovely and the great thing is it can be linked to social media accounts and photos from there go directly to our gallery which is fantastic. <3
This app was very easy to use, easy to add Alt Text, and provided tools to help keep things organized. Customer Support has been perfect.
I have been using this app for about 5 years and I think it is great. This app is really easy to use and I have added many galleries with hundreds of pictures. Pictures sell our products and this app allows the customers to see our products across a wide range of uses, When we needed tech support it was given to us very fast and results were great.

Great little tool - I use it on a number of pages on our site - it is great to organize promotional videos, I also use it to show fabric options. Very handy and configurable

This app easy to use, the galleries look professional and elegant and the developers are very responsive to queries. We ultimately went with another app but I have no complaints about this and can still recommend it- we just preferred another app with a template that this one did not offer.
Using the Basic plan for top page brand logos. Easy to use and the support was quick too. Thank you so much. Great app for sure.
