Hello, I find your app very useful for my shop and have been using it for quite some time. However, I frequently encounter an issue where the Image Optimizer app for SEO image optimization does not start. Sometimes, uninstalling and reinstalling the app resolves the issue, but currently, even that is not working, and the app simply won’t start. Additionally, I find it unfortunate that there is no support available for inquiries or technical problems. Could you assist me with this issue? If the problem is resolved, I will be happy to adjust my review accordingly. Thank you in advance!

The app's main feature is to reduce image file sizes, but it's not working as expected—90% of the files remain the same size.
Hi, If the images on your store are already optimized from another app, then you are not going to see the file size decrease much. Please try uploading new images to see the file size change by a large margin.
