I have followed the directions and tried to install the app. it is not working. I emailed on day 1. If you are only going to offer a 3 day trial your customer service should be quicker or your trial period needs to be longer. I do not want to be charged for something that I can't use.

Have been using this app for a few months now, it's great - love that anything posted to Instagram is reflected onto my website straight away unlike other apps I was previously using. The support for the app is excellent, I had a problem whereby my feed was not spanning across the width of my homepage and Jaron fixed this swiftly.

I saw this app on a friends store and she recommended it to me. I'm glad I chose this instagram app. They are so helpful and quick to help. I am not a techie when it comes to apps and they put the code on my store and even personalized it for me.

Ruby Red Star I love the app. It's great to see all my instagram images on my home page. Particulary as I post 2-3 times a week and therefore my home page is always showing new content related to my online store. Admittedly I needed help to get the app installed correctly - my first attempt was not great :) but I quickly called out for assistance and Jaron was able to make it all happen. Give it a go!

We did not actually try this app out, all we did was click "get"this app and we did not even finish the setting to try the app, so we can not give review about how well it works. Assume the app works well. But a lesson we learned is that we got charged even though we did not use it. A lesson to share here is Trial period is considered from the moment you click "get the app", and you have to pay for it even you do not finish the setting installation to try it on your store. We hope Shopify will improve this process because personally, we do not think it is fair to charge the clients if they do not even TRY the app finally. We assume this review is mostly for the service and app function, so we eventually change the star rate from one to four. Simply just want to share this lesson with you and you know how the charge system works.

This app is great if you're like me and love your template as is however want to include your instagram on your home page with ease! The support team was SO amazing and literally solved my issues with just a quick email. The only downside is the limiting options it provides. For example, with the slideshow option, they do not have it available to have customers share the photos right from my page. However, the support team did say they are working on that and should have that feature soon. Good App!

Seriously? $5 a month and it links to a page with nothing but advertising on it for every one of my Instagram photos? I uninstalled - I don't pay for you to advertise off my website! The point of Instagram is for Instagram users to find our feed, like it and comment on the photos not get inundated with advertising from who knows where? Brutal. Not to mention there is NO ability for my customers to like my Instagram feed based on clicking over to your pages.

Simple set up and works great BUT the fact that you have to link to imageagram rather than be able to direct to your instagram page is a real turn of. It just makes a store look really unprofessional to see a huge banner saying IMAGEAGRAM FOR YOUR BLOG/WEBSITE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CHANGE THIS

This is exactly what I was looking for! It looks amazing on my page. I couldn't figure out how to set it up and Jaron was so helpful. Not only did he set up my Instagram feed, he also helped me with another problem I was having completely unrelated to this app. Great customer service!

Great App, and AMAZING Customer service! They removed our old instagram App code, installed the new App and even updated the text to match. So great to see this level of customer service. Definitely Recommend!
