They did EVERYTHING they could to help me. I had an xml from my provider which was not readable by the shopify. The Firebear team solved the xml problem and imported all the files with my own preferences. Andrey Thank you so much for your help.

What can I say? Well, I have been absolutely amazed at the support in setting up the feed for my stores. The work put in by Andrey and team in making sure my sites xml feeds worked with my store was professional and timely. Its with this kind of support that gives me no hesitation in recommending the Firebear App

We are new to Shopify and do not know all the Shopify system field names, but the app AI header-mapping matched almost every column in our CSV and our first batch of products imported without issues.

Unfortunately I had chosen this application for re-ntimporting our products after an accidental delete. When a user wants to import products, it is 99% urgent. Not only the upload was all the times unsuccesful, there was also a 2 days delay in any questions, finally the problem was not solved. So I used the same csv file which was rejected by this application, and imported them again using the Shopify classical way Very very disappointed
We are very sorry that your import didn’t work and that our replies felt slow when you needed help quickly. We understand the stress of restoring products after an accidental delete and regret adding to it. Your CSV contained a mix of comma‑ and semicolon‑delimited rows, which kept our parser from matching the data to Shopify fields. That’s why the upload stalled. We should have spotted that sooner and explained it more clearly. We have shortened first‑reply time in urgent tickets to under 4 hours. If you’re still missing any products, our team will clean your CSV and import the file for you at no charge. We hope we can earn back your trust. I would recommend this app as a great way to approach specific types of scheduled imports or using google sheets as a data source. The support was very friendly as well as far as helping me plan out my approach to the challenges I was looking to solve. Specifically there were feed files from dropshipping partners where I had to be able to capitalize on fast moving items and Firebear did the trick. Additionally when it came to exporting my orders for reporting to be ingested by my accountant it was also really helpful.
