My experience with Incendium has been great. They helped clean up my mess of of google ads/analytics and Brian has been super friendly, helpful and suggests good avenues for us to explore and execute on. Our ROI has improved significantly. My business falls outside of most retail or standard B2B and has been a challenge for teams in the past. Any time I've had an idea or function needed, they've stepped up to try and find a solution. That's a rare quality these days. 100% would recommend.

Incendium is honestly astounding in terms of what you can do with it. There are so many different ways to leverage the system, and it feels like every time we log in we discover another smart use case. The insights and analytics are a huge step up from Google Analytics—clearer, more actionable, and actually tailored to running a Shopify store. If you’re willing to put real effort into learning the platform, you can get an incredible amount of value out of it. On top of that, the team is incredibly helpful—especially Brian—and they’re constantly developing new features and functionality that keep leveling up the platform. Highly recommend.
