Excellent application, a definite must! Very easy to use, gives valuable insights and allows you to work around fixing your store so that AI works for you. Highly recommended A+++

Just installed IndexGPT and the experience has been really smooth so far. Mário explained the setup clearly and made everything easy to understand. Once the tools are activated and GA4 is connected, the app pretty much runs on its own, which is great. He also gave me access to the LLM Sentiment Analysis, which feels genuinely useful for understanding how AI is viewing the store. Excited to explore it more and see how the tools continue to improve.

Great experience so far. Very helpfull and quick support. The app itself offers some really cool features and is very easy to use. We will be testing this app some more over the next couple of months and are excited to see what will be the results.

Very efficient and powerful APP. Really index your complete website and all products within 1 min in all market important AI agents ( ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude,perplexity, grok). Support is fast responding. Highly recommended APP.

I’ve been using IndexGPT and overall the app has good potential. Initially, I faced some difficulty reaching the support team through chat and email, and I didn’t receive a response for over a week. Later, I realized that some of the support emails may have been going to my spam folder, which explained part of the delay. That said, the live chat feature still doesn’t seem to be active, so communication can be a bit challenging at times. I’m hopeful the support experience will improve going forward, as the service itself looks promising.

Excellent app! It’s incredibly user-friendly, with clear explanations for every feature. The tool worked flawlessly; being able to monitor my robots.txt and LLM positioning provided genuinely valuable insights. The educational section on how AI impacts e-commerce is a fantastic addition. A+!
