Useless, poor support, no response support when we needed help configuring, app unusable, very disappointing

Support is very poor, and the rate they provide is different with rate from post Indonesia EMS (online and actual), this issue make us loss money in several orders. not good for business Update, Finally they Fixed the app and can work properly. if support were better I will gives 5 stars
