Flawless inFakt integration & dedicated customer support! Essential app for any Shopify store operating in Poland with inFakt accounting. Once configured, automated invoice generation and tax mapping run smoothly in the background, saving a lot of administrative overhead. Special thanks to Hannah Wilson and Bence Badinszky from Customer Care—when we encountered an edge-case tax symbol configuration, they carefully investigated the root cause, kept communication clear and responsive, and worked with their engineering team to deliver a solid, permanent fix.
