I originally posted a 5-star review here, and I think if you are looking for something relatively simple, are using one of the free Shopify templates, and need an affordable app for live previews, this still gets 5 stars. But. After a year of use and a recent site refresh, I had to find something else. This app ended up costing me more time, energy and money than it should’ve - but you know what? That’s on me. I had to find a bunch of work arounds to get it to do what I want, and hired a developer - twice - to deal with issues. Customer service is responsive; but nothing is ever the app’s fault. The most recent issue was my last straw. After days going in circles with the developers and getting the same reply I took the leap to something new.

This app is exactly what I needed for my custom products. After combing thru the app store, I'm glad I decided on this one. I love that my customers see a live preview of their custom bonnets before purchasing. This app has been easy to manage on the back end whenever I update available colors and products. When I have reached out, Customer Service has been responsive and very helpful. I am pleased.

I am so pleasantly surprised with this app! We needed a live preview option for a large catalog of products and this app is really easy to use and has all of the features we need! I shortlisted 5 or 6 different apps before trying this one and I haven’t had to look any further! Contacting customer support was easy and they quickly helped resolve my few issues! Such a great app!

I use this app to upload customers photos to my site and customers can change color swatches. It is easy to edit and make changes. Contacting customer service is easy and I get a very quick response.

Before, I found this app I was using another customization options app that worked fine, but did not include the live preview feature. I always knew that this was a feature that I would want at some point, but I wasn't ready to invest the $ necessary to hire a web developer create this feature for my website. When I searched the Shopify app store, I was pleasantly surprised to see that apps existed that offered this feature. Post-purchase: I have been very happy with my subscription, and when I needed assistance customer support was very responsive and helpful.

Very good app with absolutely fantastic support. We've had a few issues which they've responded to very quickly and effectively. Thanks for the great customer service support. The only thing that would make a massive difference for us is SKU support for the variants. We have no way of linking this to our inventory management system which is disappointing as it makes it not scalable. Otherwise would give it 5 stars.

After searching for a long time for an app that would allow me to create options and match the design of my online store, I chose Live Preview Option and I must say I don't regret it! Everything works perfectly and each time I had a problem (twice in 1 year in fact for compatibility issues with a third party application) the team was very reactive and solved the problem within the day! What I like the most: conditions with options that disappear when you select others. Fantastic! Tout fonctionne à merveille et chaque fois que j’ai eu un souci (2 fois en 1 an en fait pour des questions de compatibilité avec une application tiers) l’équipe a été très réactive et a réglé le probléme dans la journée ! Live preview is exactly what I have been looking for. This app allows my customers to visualize many different color combinations, and add text to products before they place an order. The app seamlessly integrates into product listing creation. Big thank you to Webyze customer service for helping me discover a string of code that would place customer chosen variants into the packing slip sent with each order.

One of the easiest apps I've ever used -- takes a bit of time getting used to the learning curve but the conditional logic is where it really shines. You can have how many ever permutations and combinations of a product. Please watch the YouTube videos in the help section and you'll understand how well this has been built. One feature I might request is the ability to create template option fields so you can apply to other products. Instead of manually adding it every time. Otherwise I'm in love with this product -- never seen anything like it on Shopify and shocked that it isn't built in.

The options app is really easy to use and I was able to create image buttons with smart options for all my products and eliminated all the ugly dropdowns. We had a couple of integration issues with our site but technical support was there to help and resolved everything. Highly recommend this app to anyone. This is a follow up on my previous review and wanted to know that support keeps stepping up it up and always eager to assist. thank you.

Live preview has been everything we needed. We had great customer service and the app meets all of our needs. Tricky to figure out at first, but we were able to enable color previews, product options, file uploads, and conditional logic to optimize our custom order page!

Great app if you have more than 100 variants, so easy to use. and customer service is excellent.
