The app works well and the features is good. But to cancel the billing you need to get contact with the support. The support from the app is excellent, I would recommend to Clarity to add more information on the app about how to cancel
As per Shopify's standard policy, to cancel any app, simply uninstall it. For further assistance, feel free to reach out to the live chat support team.

I installed this app for my store today and I was having trouble getting it up and running, before I messaged support, Irfan from support quickly messaged me and said if you have any problems, we're here to help you. Irfan solved my problem very patiently and friendly and I think one of the good points of a good app besides the efficiency of the app is good and fast support. I haven't tested the app itself yet, but after the suggestion of a few of my friends and colleagues, I installed this app and of course after they had tested it and were satisfied they also suggested it to me and I hope it will satisfy me as well.
