The app works well and the features is good. But to cancel the billing you need to get contact with the support. The support from the app is excellent, I would recommend to Clarity to add more information on the app about how to cancel
As per Shopify's standard policy, to cancel any app, simply uninstall it. For further assistance, feel free to reach out to the live chat support team.
