We started using reviews.io a few months ago and the team have been super helpful in getting us set up. We've had a great response from customers so far, integrations with Klaviyo works great and the platform itself is easy to use from an implementation and customer service perspective. Their AI features are brill too!

The price isn't cheap, and honestly, it’s not worth it for what you get. The app added its content across all of my pages — it completely took over my storefront. I reached out to customer support over 3 months ago, and the issue is still unresolved. Even after giving their team full access, they keep asking basic questions instead of just checking things themselves. I really don’t understand why they can’t investigate directly and fix the problem. Very disappointing experience.

Great customer service and a very simple platform to use. One or two enhancements could be made i.e. the ability to actually check if someone followed your social channels vs clicking on the link alone
