Outstanding support and a developer who genuinely listens! We've been working with Sumeet to build a corporate gifting solution for our Shopify store, and the experience has been excellent. Our requirements are quite specific. We wanted to create a solution where companies and organisations can purchase gifts for their employees, who then use personal codes to choose from a curated selection of products. Rather than simply telling us what the app could or couldn't do, Sumeet has taken the time to understand our business and has actively developed Seed to accommodate our needs. Throughout the process, we've tested the app extensively and encountered a few technical challenges. Every time, Sumeet has been responsive, transparent and genuinely committed to finding a solution. Several improvements and new features have already been implemented as a direct result of our conversations. What impresses me most is that this doesn't feel like dealing with a typical app support team. It feels like working directly with a developer who cares about both his product and the businesses using it. We're still finalising parts of our setup, particularly the automation, but the collaboration so far has given us a lot of confidence. We have been using this app since it was a custom build for our store. Before this, influencer gifting meant spreadsheets, manual order creation, endless back and forth collecting addresses. Seed cut all of that out. The form is clean, influencers submit everything directly, orders flow into Shopify without us touching them. Max has been genuinely helpful throughout, quick to respond and actually sorts things out. We run drwater.store at solid volume and this is a permanent part of our stack now
