Hi SEMILAC USA, For full transparency: You’ve been using ShipGuard since August 2025 while the platform was completely free. On February 10, we introduced official pricing and provided a 7-day grace period until February 17. During that time, multiple notifications were sent via: • In-app billing banners • Email reminders Our system also shows the app was accessed several times during the grace period, where the billing notice was clearly visible. After February 17, Shopify automatically disables the widget when no plan is selected. This is a billing requirement — not a malfunction. We offer a Pay-As-You-Go plan with no monthly subscription, specifically designed to keep costs flexible for merchants. For nearly two years, we covered all infrastructure, server, and support costs ourselves while merchants collected protection revenue. Introducing pricing was necessary to sustain and continue improving the platform. We remain available if you would like to reactivate and continue. — ShipGuard Team
