I had some teething problems when I first installed this app, as it didn't seem very obvious how to set it up. I wanted to contact support to ask for help, but the 'support' button link was broken. At the last minute I found an email address, so contacted them, and I have to say I they were SUPER helpful, patient and available. They sent me YouTube tutorials which made it much clearer, fixed the broken link right away, and even checked back several times to see if things were working ok. After a little time spent getting my head around the app and creating profiles for my listings, it's working seamlessly and I am very impressed. If you're new to all this or just starting out, or frustrated trying to get things to work, I highly recommend you persevere - I'm very glad I did. Ask for help, the support team are excellent!
