An app if it worked would be phenomenal! It has a number of features that other applications do not offer, and also differs in visuality, all options in the builder can be done visually, it is easy to use but the biggest problem is that the application has an abnormally large number of bugs, all the time something does not work . It is not possible to download order images, image cliparts half do not work, sometimes images are not loaded, you have to delete and re-insert the product all the time because when something changes everything is disrupted or the change is not applied and worst of all is support. They never but never answered my over 10 different requests. That's why they get 1 and not 5 stars, i so sorry

This is a very good application. It allows us to personalize the images, which I'm using and are great, very smooth and work perfectly.

It seems to be a powerfull app but there is a lack of QUALITY in Support Services ... The Chat is a JOKE ... you will never get noticed ... and they still state : We respond immediately ... I was trying to check for a CLIENT but ... I am afraid to suggest this application.

I use this app for personalized products with the ability to upload pictures and get a live preview. Theoretically this is an awesome feature and even better that you can upload .psd for masking the products. Practically the app is not easy to understand, buggy and the support is no help or wont answer at all. Update: I cant publish any product through this app, it wont upload. Any changes you made are going to be deleted when the window is closed.

I have tried and tested a number of product personalizers to meet our requirements and this has not let us down so far, especially the addition of supporting photoshop files and layers really sets this APP apart. Once you get your head around the user interface, it's very simple to start making changes, There are some small issues with saving sometimes but nothing that stops this from performing as it should, overall i think the developers have created something with really great potential and i cant wait for the future releases. The addition of conditional logic would be a great feature as well.

Very awesome application. Sometimes there are problems when using the application, but the support team is very enthusiastic and professional, most of them respond to the message immediately. I enjoyed this app.

On paper, this app solves a big problem, however spending time on it was just a nightmare. This app needs a lot of work still. 1. I never got the app itself to work and it's really buggy. It's really bad translated from Vietnamese and some their guide section isn't translated to English yet and a lot of things aren't documented. 2. When contacting the support, they don't understand your questions and answers back with a google translated response that doesn't make sense. Now they completely stopped replying back. 3. Their price model is meaningless. The only reason why this app could be good is the auto fulfillment and design library. However, you don't have access to this unless you pay 20 bucks upfront, there is no trial.
